About Dekon

I am 22 years old and I am figuring it out in real time.

I am not a guru. I am not someone who made millions and is now selling you the secrets. I am someone who has been building companies since I was a teenager, failing forward constantly, and refusing to let any of it stop me.

I am co-founder of Next Step Growth Team, a brand strategy and paid ads agency helping realtors and small businesses across Canada and the US. Alongside that I am quietly building two other companies — one in the AI space and one in the wellness industry — both still in the works and not ready for the spotlight yet. I document everything in public. I share the wins and the losses equally because that is the only way any of this is real.

What I know better than anything is what it feels like to have a vision that nobody around you can see. And I know what it takes to move anyway. That is what I bring to you.

Not at all. Most people who come to me do not know what they want yet. That is literally what week one and two are for. You just need to know you want something different. I will help you figure out what that is.
How is this different from a course or program?

A course gives you content. This gives you me. Every session is built around your specific situation, your specific goals, your specific next move. Nothing is pre-packaged. It is a real conversation every single time.
How old do you have to be?

There is no age requirement. I work with people who feel ready to start something. I have worked with people younger than me and older than me. The only requirement is that you are serious about actually doing the work.
What happens after the 6 weeks?
